Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of the original purchase date. We'll also pay the shipping return costs if the return is a result of our error ( or you received an incorrect order). You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for unopened items. You must have a valid receipt dated within 5 days or less from the original purchase date for store credit. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refunds
No full refunds after days of purchased, Slim Fast in 30 LLC reserve the rights of this notice. Slim Fast in 30 LLC will issue refund in 24 hrs only if purchase were done in or between 24 hours. There is no full refund once you purchased product, Slim Fast in 30 LLC will charge 10% from the total of purchase . There is no refund for the handling fee. You will see credit back into your account or credit card in 3 to 7 business days.

We do not ship on saturday and sunday or holidays, our shipment leave shipping department from Monday thru Friday. If order were made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be ready to Ship out on the next Monday. (cutoff time on Friday is 2PM)

All of our products ship from Roanoke, Texas. Normal delivery times are between 3-5 business days. Most people in Texas tend to see delivery of their product the day after it ships.
